Sick hen?

My 3 year old hen was breathing hard on and off with yellow poop. The poop is normal again ans so is her breathing but she still seems a little off. Any ideas?
Ps. All others hens are fine

She is a golden comet her last egg was around 3 days ago and the weather is changing so it's cool and hot. I have given them some Electrolytes, but lots of pollen.
