Sick hen?

My 3 year old hen was breathing hard on and off with yellow poop. The poop is normal again ans so is her breathing but she still seems a little off. Any ideas?
Ps. All others hens are fine
Can you please post photos of her and her poop?

I'd work on hydration and get some Calcium into her. You can find Calcium Citrate with D3 at stores like Walmart. Give her 1 tablet daily for a few days, just pull down on her wattles and pop the pill in the beak, let her swallow.

Ok I will. I have other Sources of calcium for her, like egg shells and Oyster shell that I will give her.

I would get extra calcium into her as described below. The purpose for the Calcium tablet is for quick uptake in case she's having some reproductive issues.
Egg shell and Oyster shell are not going to provide the quick uptake you are looking for. There's a reason why we make the suggestions we make.
