I’ve only had chickens for 2 months so total newbie. My young Plymouth Rock ?5mo old/not laying was holding her wings out from body and seemed to have an enlarged/distended upper chest area. Yesterday. I’m in Fl and it’s brutally hot but she wasn’t panting she was eating, drinking and but less interested (she’s the lowest of the pecking order of 10). Opening the coop this morning I saw her stumbling to walk and putting her wing down to keep from falling. She doesn’t appear to be injured. I’m scoring resources but can’t find anything. Help please. She’s the sweetest girl I have.

Her crop was slightly full/soft last night and is empty now.
After I posted she provided me with this👇
I believe that’s a round worm so I treated her with ivermectin and B12. What do you think?

The material I read suggested Ivermectin and said it was equally effective if given orally or topically so I gave it topically. Note I’m wondering, Should I treat the entire flock?
