Sick hen

One of my chickens (an Isa Warren) seemed quite lethargic a few days ago, she would stand with her feathers ruffled and kept shutting her eyes, later she laid what looked like a shell and then about 10 minutes after that she laid a shell less egg, after this she seemed to perk up and was fine for the next few days. Yesterday she became lethargic again, and isolated herself. She is like this today. She wont eat but is drinking a lot and has runny white, sometimes clear, faeces. She is standing in one spot again with her feathers ruffled and eyes shut and only moves to drink. I have two other hens and they both seem fine and healthy.

I could be wrong, but I think you should look up the threads about internal laying and egg yolk perintosis and see if any of them sound like your situation.
