Sick of peoples judgments on here

I think it's also important to learn how to accept criticism without feeling angry, but when it's constructive criticism, not something like this which can't be controlled. It's best to just ignore people in this case because not everyone can understand, some people just accept without needing to understand.

@Nabiki i apologise for my.outburst u have upset me but i shouldnt been so defensive i have had this many times on here and it just takes its toll...
I understand that it's hard to hear "tone" in a written message. I'm sorry my post made you feel bad. I like to hear constructive criticism because it drives me to improve, and sometimes I forget that it may not come across that way online.

This post was addressed around a lot of people lately not just one person also i didnt name people either just happening so frequently recently i feel needs to be addressed

While im on the subject i am so peeved at people on here that think they are better then everyone else. Write a post asking for advice about a quail and get comments judging how crap my spelling and grammar is why should that matter? Im getting to point if things on BYC carry on like this i wont be staying or recommending people join i left playground antics 20 years ago when left school sure as hell dont need it on here know theres some.good guys here and i appreciate it but this has to be addressed
So mad right now
Sam
I don't care about your grammar and spelling, as I do poorly with those things as well. I do find it is easier to read a post if there is punctuation. It gives me a better idea of what you are saying and how you feel about the subject. IMHO Not trying to bully or be nasty

I feel ya! I’m a bit of a grammar Nazi at times (but wouldn’t put anyone down for it - I may ask a question to clarify to make sure I’m understanding the question someone is asking), but the judgment and negative ‘you can’t do that because it’s wrong or not how I think it should be done’ comments have been borderline demoralizing at times.

Like when I was seeking advice for my Guinea fowl and was told ‘didn’t I tell you to get rid of it’. I was desperately trying to find a way to keep him because I love him (I didn’t listen and he lives in his own space next to his chicken family where he can’t hurt them for just being a Guinea). Or told I should euthanize my four rooster brothers instead of try to get them to live peacefully together in a bachelor pad :( (they are getting along quite well after being together for over a year). Or getting lectured about being irresponsible for hatching out the chicks to begin with :hmm.

All my chickens are pets and once they’re part of the family, I can’t let them go or harm them. I recommend this site to lots of chicken people because there are so many helpful posts and people, but then I also warn them to take the advice with a grain of salt.
