I'm on 36 acres. Every night the 'yotes come from the back of the property and pester my birds, my dogs, and my horses. I'm tired of it so today I went and scoped out the area where they come from. It rained last night so I know they were there this morning or late last night because all the tracks had no rain scaring. I looked at the scat, all berries with a little bit of bones. I'm planning on setting up an ambush for them in a couple days because they follow the same path every night.
All I have right now is my .22 (loaned the 12 gauge and a couple rifles to my dad for a while), a hunting ghille, and about 20 rounds of some old Federal hollow points. I'm planning on getting some new hollow points and a sent cover.
I'm trying to think of something to use as bait but all I can think of is some frozen chicken we have in the freezer.
Any tips on how else to set up?
