Sick peachick please help

One of my peachicks the poor thing is ill seems lethargic and not eating or drinking have tube fed it some was fine last night but this morning not so this is his dropping any advice thanks

More information is needed, age, feed, living conditions, etc. When I see a peachick in the brooder coming down I suspect cocci first.
