Sick Pullet, What’s wrong with her?

Today I noticed my top hen, a black copper maran not feeling well, I noticed one eye wasn’t opening and then all day she was hunched, a little off to the side, no energy and there was red around her eyes and she just sat there with her eyes closed, her crop is empty so she did not eat and I’m guessing drink either. Not really sure where to even start, she vent was clear, and I have not seen abnormal stools as of yet. Any advice?

I washed it and added a bit of terramycin but not eating and low energy has me worried.

How are her sinuses and any sneezin? I tend to find one eye closed when they catch a respitory infection. And with the weather up and down here that might be something to look out for

Try some vitamins? I had a pullet like this, & I gave her Nutridrench for a few days, & she perked up.

She just didn't have the one eye closed thing though.

Sinuses seem fine, I gave her some poultry cell by syringe to see if that helps.

It could just be a slight deficiency of a particular vitamin, so update if there's any changes?

Ok thanks, I have nutridrench too which I will administer tomorrow morning and see the progress
