Sick pullet

If she is eating and pooping, singing her egg song, foraging she's probably ok. She's a young pullet just starting to lay and they will have soft eggs. Your job is to make sure she has the proper diet, water and housing. The fact she has not laid another egg is nothing to worry about as youngsters are known to do this. She may not lay an egg for another week or so. The fact that she is napping is nothing to worry about. If she stops eating, stands around hunched up for long periods is when you need to get concerned.

Your reply made me little happy 😊

But She is taking more naps than her siblings

It is so tiny and little blood spots

take care of her diet. she needs calcium and proteins. she should be ok from now on. some pullets have hard time when start to lay.
X2

All of that is pretty normal for first time kayers - including blood spots. My hens do this when coming back into lay after a molt, too, and they're seasoned pros.
