I'll cut down the antibiotics to every 5 hours, she only drinks about like 1/4 of a teaspoon anyways

You are aware that you can over dose your bird, right? 1/4 of a teaspoon is a lot for a 6 oz bird.

Make sure you know how much and how often you should be giving medicine rather than winging it, please.

I don't think it is a disease! I think she is probably responding to over medication of the antibiotics....her gut flora has been depleted to a point that she can't absorb the nutrients.

At this point, since @007Sean is most likely right, you might also see if she'll eat some yogurt. It may not be the perfect probiotic, but it might help. Try to give her something without sugar in it.
