Sick Quail?!

I have two 11week old Japanese quail and one of them seems I'll, she's puffed up all day and her tail bobs when she breathes she also has something weird happening with her feet, the first digits are curled in but only the first digits meaning she often has trouble walking. My quails are kept very close to our chickens seperated only by chicken wire, could it be the chickens?
The other Quail seems uneffected.
Btw she flew into a window and nearly drowned in soapy water too she hurt her wing it bled a little but I sealed it up and let her go...
Can anyone help?!

Umm.. I think she probably inhaled soapy water, and is having trouble balancing because of the broken wing @007Sean ?

I would have thought so but her head never we t in the water, the balance is definitely her messed up feet. Could she have banged her head?

She may have injested some soapy water? It's possible that she also banged her head hard enough to cause the imbalance problem. If her wing was bleeding, I would certainly check for any signs of it being broken.
Did she have crooked toes before the accident? If so, was she having balance problems?
Keep her in a quarantined area and warm. Make sure she's eating and drinking and her feces look normal.
I hope she has a full recovery.

Yes she had crooked toes before,. That's why she was inside. I'll check on her wing, how would I know if it's broken?

Upon further inspection her wing has healed nicely and does not seem to have broken, also it would seem that she cannot actually grip or use her feet they don't grip when she sits on a finger she can't use her feet at all they are paralyzed.

They also have been laying some odd eggs, I don't know which quail was laying them, some eggs are a LITTLE powdery and I also get at least 3 shell-less eggs a week a few without any whites (just yolks) it's a little worrying y'know?
