@dawg53 is more experienced with gape worm. Can he drink or does he just not seem intersted in food and water? Chickens with gapeworm are usually unable to drink or eat because of labored breathing. I have never seen gapeworm, but in the video he just looks like he is sneezing which would make the neck twist around, and he sounds congested. I would try giving him a good antibiotic such as Baytril or cipro from your local vet. Tylosin, doxycycline, or oxytetracycline would be other choices. I would also get the vet to do the fecal float for worms and gapeworms, or go ahead and treat him for gapeworm with SafeGuard 1/4 per pound given orally for 5 consecutive days.
