Sick Rooster

My rooster is really sick. Terrible breath, feathers and bone. He acts like he is gulping for air. Has 2 marble size lumps by his wattle, dont know if this is normal. HELP

What does his crop feel like? Are the "lumps" located on the outside of his crop? Or inside the crop sack? When you press on the lumps, do they feel hard as rocks? Do they move around when you try to move them with your fingers?
