Please help I think somethings wrong with my rooster. I have a 4 months old buff laced rooster. He opens his mouth before crowing and it sounds like he’s gasping for air or having trouble crowing. And when I hold him he also opens his mouth and gasps for air. I’m not sure if this is normal or if I should be concerned? Um but I am a little worried because when he was a chick he swollowed a hair and my mom pulled it a few times so I’m not sure if that affected him? But he eats a drinks well I’m just not sure if his gasping for air is normal?
