I noticed this morning my 4 month old silkie laying in the same spot for a while so I picked her up and noticed she was becoming lethargic, not opening eyes, not holding up her weight so I have isolated her inside my garage and started giving poultry cell. I just saw this poop that looks watery with something weird in it. Doesn't look like blood but definitely not normal looking. Any ideas what it could be?

What has she been eating recently? The red parts could be intestinal shed or blood. Have you smeared it or looked closely at the particles? Do you have any Corid powder or liquid? I would be tempted to treat her for possible coccidiosis with Corid 1.5 tsp of the powder or 2 tsp of the liquid per gallon of water for 5-7 days. If you have a vet who could perform a fecal float and gram stain on the same day, that could rule out coccidiosis, worms, and enteritis. If you start Corid, discontinue the Poultry Cell until it is finished, and give her plenty of the medicated solution.
