Sick silky chicken

One of my Silkey hens has labored breathing she sounds a little raspy and seems to be off-balance and her head is kind of hanging… She also feels warm to me. As soon as I noticed something was wrong I took her out of the coop and put her in a box by herself went to the feed store and got some antibiotic to put in her water… What else can I do please help

How old is the hen? What does her comb look like? Is she eating drinking and pooping? Do her poops look normal? How are her eyes-any drainage or abnormal coloring? Is she laying and if so, has she laid recently? Don't cuddle her.. if she's warm that's only going to make her warmer.
