Sick Sumatra

I have a sick Surama rooster he's been standing and sitting in the same spot for 2 weeks his eyes are always shut when he opens them he squints

Doe he eat and drink, have any diarrhea, or have any respiratory symptoms such as cough/sneeze, chest rattles, swelling of eyes or face, or eye/nasal drainage? Have you checked him for mites or lice, and has he been wormed lately? Do he look puffed up or hunched over? Any new birds recently added including him?

He doesn't eat or drink no diarrea no respritory symptoms his eyes are a little bit swollen no nasal drainage haven't checked for mites or lice he's puffed up hasn't been wormed he's new and he came with 3 other ones they've been together since babies gave him water with electrolytes

He was added with 1 turkey 4 geese 1 duck and 8chicken that are normal and I dipped his head in the water [@]Eggcessive
