I noticed one of my turkeys was slow to move, not running and following for feeding time. He would sometimes just sit there and miss food. I had to bring him his own little bowl of food. I noticed that he had diarrhea, figured it was a gut bug, and gave him a few days special treatment.

Fast forward a week or so. He seems to have a little more energy. But now he has another symptom: the skin on his head and neck is constantly a dark red-pinkish kind of color. Not like when the males puff up and their heads get red and some blue around the eyes -- a different color, constant, and all the way down the neck too.
He seems to have more energy than before. But still I am wondering if anyone else has encountered this or knows what it might be?
Thanks so much!
