Sick Turkey with bright yellow poop

I've been waiting all morning for the vet and nothing yet, I called and they said shes busy doing surgeries all day. So I'm here playing the waiting game 😕
Good thing is turkeys looks fine for now. I havent seen any yellow droppings in my pet turkeys and I havent really seen yellow droppings in my others. Sometimes they'll have what looks like alot of water dark brown poop. But they are eating and drinking fine.
I did run out of turkey food a few days ago and had to give them 16% chicken feed and they didnt like it. I got their 22% feed about a day or 2 later. Could that have caused the yellow poop since it was too low of a protien?

Feed changes can cause a difference in excrement color.

Which also I've raised chickens and pigeons and other birds and not one of those birds when they died have food coming out of its mouth. We my little turkey died she had what looked like very thick wet food just pouring out her beak.
