The Clavamox dose is huge for birds, so that won't work. He would need no less than 125 mg/kg. The math for the Clavamox you have is:
4 x 125 / 50 = 10 ml twice a day for 10 days.

Give him 1/2 a pill once a day for five days.
Also, give him 1 ml of the fenbednazole today, then 1/2 ml for 4 more days.

Give both orally.

Can you order some enrofloxacin?
Google "enrofloxacin for birds" and find someone who can overnight it.

Okay. Starting the two meds I have today. I ordered the enrofloxacin. And I will weigh daily.

Perfect! At 4kg, give 15 mg/kg twice a day for 3-5 days.
The math is:
4 x 15 / 100 = 0.6 ml twice a day
