I'm not a welder...I can stick it together, but no means a good welder.

I know that age means our good Queen Em's

memory is going, but only four pages? This is beginning to look like short-term memory loss, and that's a bit more serious. Though Spook admits that he's not good at it; perhaps the thought of welding by a pro like JD put Spook's work out of her mind.

Though I have to wonder - does Spook wear a fireproof sheet when he welds? I can see that a sheet could really get in the way; maybe that's why he's not a good welder. Or maybe he dispenses with the sheet altogether - though that could be another problem. It can be hard to know what you're doing when you can't see yourself. I know I lose track of where my paws are when I'm invisible. So if anybody feels something touch you when it seems like there's nobody around, I'd like to apologize in advance.
