So, lady only dances in the moonlight, with no fighting, and no uptight clothes and such, when it is cold enough so that all the bloodsuckers are gone. So, everybody dancing in snowy moonlight.

Gotcha.

Alaskan is for dancing all free and such, in the warmth, with just enough breeze so the bloodsuckers stay away.

Alaskan, you have gone so far into left field that I think you may be not merely in a different ballpark, but in a different state. As I have said before, it almost never snows here. Dancing under the conditions you described would be a "blue moon" event in more ways than one!

I think the last time anyone went outside here at any time of year and was completely free of the threat of mosquito bite would have been years ago, before the Asian Tiger mosquitoes got here.

As to a breeze sufficient to keep the biters away - I think a Cat 3 hurricane should just about do it. Even Alaskan might have trouble dancing in those conditions but hey - you like rolling around, right, Alaskan?

Alaskan, as a youth, lived in warm places with hurricanes, and loved them.

They are warm.

And Alaskan is, currently, in a state that is not Alaska.
