What's that I hear? It sounds like a vole celebration!

Actually.....that is a big downside to starting to heat the house.

Now that Alaskan's house will be warmer than outside under a bush, the vole migration will pick-up greatly.

Giant hoards will now barrel into Alaskan's house to nibble crumbs under the stove, under the fridge, under Alaskan's chair.

I don't know about that, Sour. My experience with rodents makes me think it's more like swapping one mess for another.

But you'd think Alaskan would learn to clean the crumbs up, and not just sweep them under stuff.

The Alaskan household NEVER sweeps crumbs under stuff. We simply don't sweep!

Also, when anyone in the Alaskan household eats, they make these sounds like "mampf mampf mampf" and don't ever completely close their mouths. The resultant shower of crumbs shoots outs in a very large spray pattern.

That might be a good thing. The resulting flood would wash away the crumbs, the voles', um, leavings, and maybe the voles, too!

Now Alaskan knows that Sour is too far away to smell the blue haze that covers this area of Alaska.
