A manager I had once busted a case (24pack) of pop on the pallet he moved and asked me to clean it up since I had the time to help at the moment while he continued looking for a case of pop for a waiting customer and do other chores, I did and first thing I grabbed was a 2.5 gallon jug of quick dry stuff and dumped it all out (about 3/4ths full or better) I saw the expression on his face he was going to say something but bit his tongue instead, after cleaning the mess, which included down stacking half the pallet to get the busted case (with leaking cans) and moving the pallet several times to get more spilled soda (dripping off the lower cases and the bottom of the pallet, he saw that I kept sweeping up and moving the pile of dry stuff until the spill was gone and the drying agent was about 90% spent, at which point I tossed it in the waste can. I saw he was shocked that it was almost all used up and the mess that was hidden in on and under the pallet. I said now you know why I used all that stuff, it was almost all used up. He looked at me and said you saw that look huh? I said yes, I knew you weren't pleased, he told me he didn't think it was that big of a mess, and I told him after a few of those spills, I know how much of a mess it REALLY is and also I knew it would take 3-4 mop buckets of water and 2-3 mop heads (even with rinsing) to clean it properly and the dry stuff cut it to one mop head that could be rinsed and re-used and one water.

I'm eating WARM chocolate chip cookies.
