Comrade was a relatively significant other for our Eenie at one point (psychologically speaking, I mean), but his significance now is that he is simply, "other."

This Comrade is completely convinced that we have what it takes to be totes BFFs 4evah (I can't believe I typed that, and to his credit he did not say it like that) and has no concept of "recovery" or "space" or "give me time." He's not a bad guy but he's also not... consistently brilliant?
