Leeches aren't typically in a boat, you usually get them when outside of the boat.

A little bird was freezing. It was sitting on the ground in the middle of a huge pasture, too cold to fly and nearly dead. Suddenly, a cow walks up and just as it passes the bird, it drops a load directly on top of the bird. The bird begins to warm up and feels much better, except it is covered with enough of the "stuff" that it can't move. Just as it looks like it will die there trapped under that pile, the bird hears scratching and is hopeful that it will get out after all. As light streams into the hole, the bird sees a large tomcat which promptly eats the bird.

Moral : Those who dump on you aren't always your enemies, and those that dig you out aren't always your friends.

As far as homework...I'm not quite that young...although I wish I was.




It's more like MFB is old enough that I don't roll my eyes every time he opens his mouth, and I'm young enough to keep him busy.
