*sigh* I'm loosing my touch. (Warning: Hi-jacked by Em)

Greetings everyone! Alaskan, behave thyself! Sour maybe the resident broody Magician, but I'm the chief Sorcerer around here. . . . .among other things.

Tani, I'll make sure to wave! Just look way to the south of Dallas, that'll be me.

By the way, where is the Queen?
Alaskan is only nice when Alaskan is warm.

*fume, fume*

Critter and Son took advantage of a break between thunderstorms yesterday, and took the 49er out for the first time this year. Son had a good time; Critter, not so much. They managed to keep the boat upright this time, though it was never a sure thing. 49er's are capricious, and this one is no exception. At one point the boat went trolling for alligators, dangling Critter from the trapeze line as bait. Fortunately, none were found, and all arrived back at the dock with no more damage than a bruised ego.

Bruised egos are easily healed.

Bad, bad Sour. :p

If Alaskan sends you tribute, would you send me some heat?

It has been horrid cold and yucky ever since your spell.

Now, Alaskan KNOWS that eight days of summer per calendar year is normal (which means the allotted number of days have already been filled).... But Alaskan would like MORE!

So, for your tribute (also known as payment for extra summer days).......

The tourists really like the shellacked moose poop earrings. They look a little like large coffee beans, Alaskan is sure you will like them! Alaskan could string a bunch of them into a belt.....or a placemat! Alaskan thinks the shellack might be toxic.....so that part will be omitted. Think of how happy the Mrs. Sour will be when she sees the table all laid out with matching placemats!

Actually, a trivet might be best. Then, every time that the trivet is used, you will get to smell...... the great outdoors.

Tribute? Umm, no thanks. I tried to buy the 'poop' earrings for the Princess when we visited Alaska. She declined. In your future I see more warm weather before the days begin to shorten significantly. You will be warm, Alaskan. If not, try a little frost bite. As Wisher says, it feels warm - especially when the frosted body part is thrust into a snowbank.

Good evening, all. It's hot and humid here. Eenie's less than thrilled, but her parents broke down and bought a swimming pool, so it's tolerable. Nice to see everybody, but I'm not going to try to catch up on posts.
