*sigh* I'm loosing my touch. (Warning: Hi-jacked by Em)


Dinner tonight.

Ciabatta bread, sliced in half, one side I spread dijon mustard-mayo on, the other some parsley-cayenne-garlic butter. Then I loaded loads of yesterdays entrecote on one side (basically like roast beef), and thin red onion and tomato slices and emmental on the other. Some salt and pepper, and into the oven to say hello to the grill element, then some salad and balsamico, and then dinner was served.

and I have been dealing with a touch of the Pooka Flu for the last few days. She seems to be pretty much over it, but I'm still coming and going . . . That's one of the things you do with Pooka Flu, you know; no real "poof," just a sort of fading in and out. Really disconcerting, and you never know what you'll come back in as, which gets pretty disconcerting for everyone else, too. I'm mostly here, now, but just a little rough around the edges.
