I'm actually surprised at how much a blood infection hurts. Not expected. I don't think I've ever been this sick in my life.

Oh no. I would say that I can relate, but it's nothing like you, but I also just got out of ICU. No fun. Chest, throat, arm pain.

You best let us know how you are doing. How do they keep track of the baby during all of this..just ultra sound?

Sorry for the short reply. I'm in pretty severe pain. Terry had to call 911 because Thursday night I was shaking and couldn't stop. He said I was shaking the entire bed. When I got here they put me on sepsis alert and did an ultrasound and checked the baby. They keep telling me that as long a a they get me taken care of the baby will be fine. Terry says I scaated everyone pretty bad. Apparently the doctors can't agree on where the infection came from. Some say my picc, others say a kidney infection. Either way, it's spread into my entire body and I'm in extreme pain. The kids were supposed to be baptized tomorrow, but obviously we are going to have to reschedule.!
