Want another true Spook Story?

My daughter turned 12 this October. I love her like no tomorrow.
Just as I tell you girls, I tell her "no boyfriends". But I turn a blind
eye at times to the boys in her class sometimes. I used to be young.

Anyway, on her school bus there is a 14 year boy who thought about
liking her. I let it go for about two weeks, hoping it would blow over.
I asked him nicely once to leave my daughter alone.

He did not listen to my words well.

The second time, he understood what I was saying loud and clear. He rides
the front seat of the bus and in no way shape or form is he to address my
daughter.

The principal told him.
The bus driver told him.
The school board sent a letter to his parents.
And our friendly sheriff had a talk with him.

I meant for him to back up.

Spook...who is very serious about my daughter's boyfriends.

Now, Tani why should we punish a Sparkley for wanting to talk
with you? Wanting to is fine. It's the actual doing it that leads to
trouble.

And he's way ahead to let the Elders handle any punishment. As
you see, if I have to deal with a sparkley myself I'm pretty harsh.

*Daughter just got home from the eye-doctor. Appears she needs
glasses now. We were out somewhere the other day and I realized
she couldn't see well enough at any distance. So off for an eye check
she went.

Told you, I don't miss much about her.
