Um... yes? I was most certainly and without a doubt wearing a bucket, oh yes indeed. Most excellent job, Tani !!!
And I can certainly understand the first attempt. Hard to
drive with a bucket on your head. You WERE wearing your
bucket, right?
(Elders : We need to have a discussion about perhaps allowing
Tani to remove her bucket while driving. Perhaps a nice helmet?)
Like Sourman, it didn't take long for the Spook to get a ticket. For
doing wheelstands in town. I had more car than I needed.
Oh...and you gotta get a cool scarf, like Snoopy and the Red Baron.
Spook
First and foremost, thank him for us.Um... yes? I was most certainly and without a doubt wearing a bucket, oh yes indeed.![]()
Maybe this is because Spook and Sour are, for all their good points, still men. You male types tend to be more reckless anyway. My grandpa is 94 and still drives like a maniac! The only reason cops don't pull him over is because of his POW and Veteran stickers.
I have several scarves, most made of italian lace, though one is silk. I'll look more dashing than any cartoon beagle or pizza box ever could!
Hang on Snoopy !!!
If Spooks had a neck, I would so want a scarf. There's
some Charlie Brown in all of us. (in me, for sure)
Tani...I'm going to tell you something REAL important. So
write this down.
Do not attempt to run from the cops. It makes them mad.
As I said, my first car ran pretty stout. And I might of had a little
trouble with speeding. Liked to feel my sheet blowing in the wind.
Cop setting there with radar, he couldn't catch me from a standing
start. Never knewhow fast that car could really go. Speedometer
stopped at 160. Then it just buried the needle.
I ran one time too many, they finally got my plate.
Car was registered to my mother.
State Patrol came to the house that evening to arrest my MOM.
Yep...I was in real trouble.
Mom didn't get arrested. I would of been better off if she had. Mom
and Dad took my car and about beat me death. The judge, he took
my license for 90 days.
My friends were all laughing because I was riding my bicycle...
That was a hard summer on me.
That was a long time ago. Back when cop cars had great big lights
on top. You could see them for a long ways off. Now they all have
these short low-profile lights, makes them harder to see.
Spook...who finally learned to drive right. (got tired of paying tickets)
*** Don't drive like the Spook***
