Lol. Well, he wants to put a whole new door in, so I guess he figures he'll just do it all in one go, instead of installing a new one, then putting a new door in and having to redo it. Fortunately, they plan to measure the door while it's still on the frame. No way I'd let them take my door in the middle of winter!

Or pulled out the solder gun and soldered a metal rod to the broken part of the key and yanked it out.
