really hard to see the barring with the light just a side on photo with normal light will work. The spot and legs say boy to me the barring is hard to see it could go either way. At about 3 to 4 weeks it's comb and wattles will turn pink if it's a boy and the comb will get bigger. Right now the comb looks like it might be a girl....
