Sight Sexing Barred Plymouth Rock Chicks at Hatch

Pics
Hi everyone! I got myself a couple Barred Rocks but I think all three might be cockerels. They are about 8 weeks old, hatched on March 7th. What do you guys think? Thanks in advance!

Thoughts on this barred rock? I think it might be a roo but I'm hoping hes not. Got "it" from my pet chicken shipped on April 22nd so around 1 month old.

Thanks :)

I have roughly 30 of these guys hatching today and throughout the weekend (supposed to be Sunday but first chick hatched yesterday!) so I will be sexing them and marking the males to see how well this works with my new line of BPRs.
Wow thanks. I learned a lot from your post!!

Hello everyone. Need some help! This hatchery pullet on the right is 2 weeks 5 days old and already getting a comb unlike my other girls! Could my she be a he? She's the head chicken for sure and first to perch on my hand any chance she gets. Also an escape artist in the making.

So when I thought my roo was about to die, I let a hen hatch a few eggs. These 2 are mixed. After readying many comments on this thread (very educational, y'all know your stuff) I think the 3 week old barred rock/buff mix chick may be a hen. I know it's mixed, but what do you think? The other little one is a RIR/Buff mix.

Three of my first barred rock chicks hatched and, as luck would have it, I think they are all roos, based on their head spots. They're bantams too, so, not sure if that makes a difference? There's a photo of the head spot and leg color of each of them. They're only a day old, but, just curious.
