I used the biggest drill bit I could find and then filed the whole to the correct size. Stubbornness for the win!

I got the fan installed as well. Just need to drill wiring and vent holes, and cut the spot for the window. Then wire the whole thing and seal everything with silicone.
Except I’m at work so that will all have to wait. Booo.
