Silence Is Not Golden Here

So these two chicks are sparing each other.
Not fighting and hurting one another but, but running around and chest to chest as high standing as they can

That normal? Are they just playing?
I have never seen my last 2 sets of chicks do this

Mine do it constantly. Also, exploding in every direction jumping as high as they can and trying to fly, so it looks like a bunch of popcorn. One starts, and then the rest have to join in, landing on each other and crashing into things in every direction. The older chicks scatter to avoid the literal fallout, then stand around grumbling like old ladies. These muttly LF chicks can't fly nearly as well as my Seramas or Sebrights could - they barely get a foot off the ground. By two and a half weeks old, my bantams were all over the place.

She was free ranging.
She's a hatchery BJG. Not sure that breed goes broody.
We don't have woods here. Just cornfields, bushes, and a few low hanging pines.
I have a hatchery BJG that has been broody for two months. I just kicked her out of her nest 10 minutes ago to remind her to eat and drink. She is still fleshy enough, but I definitely have to keep an eye on her. She is pretty good about getting up a couple times a day (my other hens push her out regularly) but if by herself, she would probably sit until she died.

How warm does it need to stay to put baby chicks out in the coop with other chickens in a cage area?
We are in the 80-90's but night's are in the 60's

I put mine out in the integration pen at three days old. No heat during the day, because it was in upper 90's to around 105, instead they got a bowl of ice to cuddle up with. Heat at night, when it got down to around 50-55. They loved it.
