LOL, yes. This morning when I was getting dressed he pointed at my chest and counted my boobs. "One, two!"
We were naming body parts the other day and I asked him where his boobies were, and instead of putting his, he patted mine and said "my boobies". Well, he's not wrong...
I carefully use the word "milkies" for nursing. He actually just started saying it. He still uses the sign for milk most though.
My cousin warned me against using "boobies" after my son was born. She said it was cute when her son would sweetly ask for boobies at home, but it was extremely embarrassing to have him throwing a temper tantrum in the grocery store screaming " I. WANT. BOOBIES!!!" as loud as he could.
That's cute. My sister used to ask for "tit-tit" which is another term I carefully avoided.I could see how that would be embarrassing! When my "big boy" (he keeps insisting that he is) wants to nurse, he asks for "this". With his new talking skills, it's adorable because he over pronounces it. He came up with it on his own, too.
You don't want the egg to be too large or too small. Too large, and the chick will have a hard time hatching because it can't get enough leverage to break out and there is often WAY too much fluid in a large egg. Also, large and small eggs often have shells that are tougher than average.Curiosity is bugging me. Have any of you ever hatched a chick from a giant chicken egg? I have a hen(s), probably one or more of my 3 year old sex links, who occasionally lays a “goose” sized egg. I get one every few months. The eggs are normal looking and single yoked, just gigantic. Anyone ever hatch one of those? I wonder if the chick would be monstrous too.... I’m not considering propagating “good genes or bad genes” or trying to debate any of that. I’m just really curious...
