Countdown has stalled. Ever since we took three consecutive days off from classes I have been enjoying myself.
When you chilling on the couch like a potato and some German dude walks up and starts a convo with you O.O
Internally: "I was not mentally prepared for this. Emergency German mode initiated."
Also he did not know where Wisconsin was. I had to tell him that I came from the U.S

Silly question to start the morning off

Do all you hens lay their eggs in the morning?
Or am I the only one that has hens laying throughout the day?

Nope, we get our eggs around 5pm and will often find an egg or two when we shut them up for the night.

Ok someone was shocked that we could get eggs throughout the day that they just don't lay in the mornings.
I was like well it's not like you can train them to pop an egg out.

I moved the 2 cockerels from out to the red baby coop area yesterday.
My mom was a little worried something might get them. But, I think they will be fine and i have the rir that escapes several times during the week and day that I have found her at night behind the baby coop asleep on the compost bin.
