Silkie bantam, is it a Rooster or Hen?

Hello guys, last year on April 15th I got two Silkie bantams from the fur and feathers, one unfortunately died from an illness a few months later but this one survived. It has been nearly 10 months since I got the Silkie, I named him TL, but I am still clueless to weather TL is a rooster or a hen. I have never heard TL crow and I know TL has not laid any eggs. Currently he is in the house with me since it is winter, I would definitely realize if TL tried to crow or if TL laid an egg but it has not happened. This was my first time having silkies, does it take longer for them to mature? 10 months seems like a lot...

Hopefully someone can determine if is TL is a rooster or a hen, I have been patiently waiting to find out for almost a year

Thank you everyone who answered, I am happy to know that TL is a hen, now i just need to wait for her first egg hopefully it doesn't take to long

Hm... everyone is saying hen but TL looks quite roostery to me. I guess we'll just have to wait and see.
