Look the right size and feathering in to me, they feather out much slower than other breeds. Just make sure if you have it in with other breeds it is not being bullied and getting enough to eat. Silkies can to be more docile than other breeds so get left behind or bullied. Here is a group of my Silkie chicks at 4 weeks old.
