Silkie chick color experts needed!!

What on earth color is this little? It came from a pen with black(hens and roos), black/silver leakage (roo) , splash (roo), cuckoo (hen), paint (hen). The gal told me it's a splash. I don't know what to think...

It's blue. Splash male x black female does result in all blue offspring. There does seem to be faint barring on the wings.
