Silkie chick has a rock stuck in crop

I just picked up a week old silkie chick, noticed she was twitching head to the side and opening and closing mouth repeatedly. I felt her crop and discovered there are a couple of hard rocks (or possibly adult sized grit) in there. Not sure what I can do for her. Any help or advice would be appreciated.

They should pass, maybe give her some vegetable oil to help them pass. Just a little bit

Thank you! It was gone this morning. I'm not sure she's eating. I was told she is a week old, but she seems really tiny for a week (but this is my first silkie). I maybe a little gun shy. We just lost our first baby chick a few days ago (it was my daughters) and so is this one
