Silkie chick is dying!! UPDATE: It's gone :( question about poo?

Okay, now I don't know what to think

The poor chick just died. Of course it had a BM as it was spasming. The poo is very red and stringy looking? Is this just because it forced it all out as it was dying, or is it something else?
