They sometimes have this wheezing respiratory distress when they have IB (Bronchitis). If this is what the chick has, there is no treatment except to give supportive care. Forcing food or water while she is struggling to breathe could result in death so keep stress to a minimum. I would make sure the chick is comfortable as far as temps & use Vet rx on her nostrils and a little in her mouth which might help her breathing. If it is EB, the worst of the symptoms will subside quite rapidly, but she will remain infectious to other birds for at least 2 weeks. Poor little baby, good luck.
