Silkie chick question ***PIC INCLUDED****

I have a question, i'm new to raising silkies and i'm curious if all silkie chicks wings look like these do. I got my chicks from ideal, so i'm not expecting for them to be anything close to SQ when they get older but i was just wondering if they have those course feathers for the rest of there life or do they grow out of them?

They look just fine what what I can see. They will look pretty "ratty/shreddeed" looking at the wing tips. Just as long as they are not regular feathers. Can you get a closer up clear picture?
