Don't be scared to assist if needed. Just go slow in the same zip pattern so the air cell cap pops off and the chick can push out of the shell.

Your going to have to help it out. Go slowly in the zip and remove a bit of the shell. If it bleeds at all stop.

It is a magic fly Auto egg incubator. I don't know if it's forced air, attached is a picture of the unit

Do you know how an egg hatches? They chip out the hole first and when ready they begin to zip around the shell to free themselves from the egg. It's like the other chicks egg that hatched.
