Use a tweezer and very slowly remove a bit of the shell.

Then I'm thinking the temperature was too low during the incubation so that's why the eggs are late hatching.

You are not going to believe me, but you are able to do it. I know because I had a 1-year-old do it. The chick was stuck (shrink wrapped in dry membrane), and couldn’t move. She didn’t know to be afraid or she couldn’t have done it.
If the hole is darkening (brown edges), you will need a damp washcloth to moisten the membrane. Olive oil works too, but since you are going to actually be assisting, water is just neater and more accessible.

Once she removed the shell, she wiped the chick with a washcloth. The membrane peeled back, and off.

Leave it alone now till it finds its feet. It doesn't need anything except feed and water once it's up and about. Congrats..
