I think she is definitely stuck oh, but I am too afraid to intervene because of all the bad things that I red. Is it unusual to have one chick hatch one day and then the others not for several more days?

Something is not right because you should not have eggs hatching days apart like this.

Have you checked to see if this chick is able to move or not yet?

They were all shut the same day, there is cheeping, not a lot of rocking anymore

Your going to have to help it out. Go slowly in the zip and remove a bit of the shell. If it bleeds at all stop.

Thermometers cannot be trusted you must calibrate them.

And salt test humidity gauges to be sure they are correct but 65% humidity is way too high, imo.

65% is okay at lockdown but not the entire incubation.
