Silkie chickens question

My silkies are about 6 months old now and I have integrated them into flock of older chickens. They are doing well, but they can’t figure out how to go up the ramp into the coop. So every night I have to go out and pick them up to put them in for the night. The coop has a board with slats for grip roughly every 3.5”, and it’s aimed at a generous slant about 2ft off the ground. I just wondering if anyone has any suggestions on a different design, or solution to teach them how to go in at night. They also have no problem going down the ramp every morning...

How wide is the ramp ? Widening it may help them make the 'climb'.

Put them halfway up the ramp, and coax them to go the rest of the way with mealworms.
