Silkie chicks help!

I have over 20 silkies and they range in size and color. My day old gold sex links, (got yesterday), are almost the same size as my 2 week
old Silkies. Enjoy your babies, they are adorable!!!!!!!!!

YES!!!! I cannot get over how super tiny they are! Even though they are not a huge fan of me yet they will be one day. I just love them and cant wait to find out if I have girls or boys, which i know will take a lot of time lol!

Post pics at 6 weeks and we’ll take some guesses. Besides, I love :lovelooking at pics!!! LOL

Hahahaha!!!!! I do the same thing! All my silkie babies are hens and that's it lol! They are beautiful! And love the side chick comment! Too funny! I have 4 others, 2 easter eggers and 2 comets. They are 8 to 9 weeks old and have been evicted from my house yesterday and moved to the coop lol! They love it. I have a fenced in acre so they love roaming around I am currently trying to start integrating the two. I am putting the littles outside if the weather permits in a closed off area so they can get to know each other and hopefully when the baby silkies are big enough it will be smooth sailing. I just xant believe that my 4 week old silkies are currently the size of my older chickens at day 1 hatching! The size difference is insane. I love them all so much. Their personalities are wonderful and in my profile picture that's my 8 year old daughter swinging on the swings holding a chicken. They love her. She sings to them and they follow her around

Lacey is a poor quality mille fleur d'uccle. I stole her from a friend of mine. She was living in her cow barn all by herself and had lost a couple of toes to frostbite. I scooped her up one night and flat out told them I was taking her home with me.

This was the night I stole her. They had never been able to handle her and couldn't believe that I just picked her up and held her.
